This fine meat comes from the Ossabaw Island Hog. Known as "Walking Olive Trees" the fat found in this meat is high in Omega 3. Meat from this breed is incredibly flavorful. Letting them eat pecans, walnuts and acorns for 2 years before culling doesn't hurt either.
